The main components are vertical and horizontal rods, with a disc-lock node structure that ensures efficient axial load transfer. This design gives the scaffolding high structural strength and excellent overall stability in three-dimensional space, while also providing a reliable self-locking mechanism.

The wheel-lock connector is the core component of the LDJ wheel-lock type multi-functional scaffolding system, consisting of a wheel lock, cross pins, and steel tubes. Vertical posts are fitted with one wheel lock every 0.6 meters, while both ends of each horizontal rod are welded with a cross pin. To connect, simply insert the cross pin at the end of the horizontal rod into the corresponding hole on the wheel lock. Thanks to its unique design, the cross pin can be securely locked in place by lightly tapping it with a hammer—making the connection even more reliable when loads are applied to the horizontal rods. Each wheel lock can simultaneously support up to four horizontal rods, arranged at 90-degree angles to one another.
