The main components are vertical and horizontal rods, with a disc-lock node structure that ensures efficient axial load transfer through the vertical posts. This design gives the scaffolding high structural strength and excellent overall stability in three-dimensional space, while also providing a reliable self-locking mechanism.

The cup-lock joint is the core component of the LDJ cup-lock type multi-purpose scaffolding system, consisting of a cup lock, cross-head pins, and steel tubes. Vertical posts are welded with one cup lock every 0.6 meters, while both ends of each horizontal rod are fitted with a cross-head pin. To connect, simply insert the cross-head pin at the end of the horizontal rod into the corresponding hole on the cup lock. Thanks to its unique design, the connection can be securely locked by lightly tapping the cross-head pin with a hammer—making it even more reliable under load. Each cup lock can simultaneously support up to four horizontal rods, arranged at 90-degree angles to one another.
