  • Main components

    Erecting the pole: The core vertical member that supports the weight. A connecting plate is welded onto the rod at regular intervals—typically every 500mm or 600mm—and each plate usually features eight holes.

    Horizontal bar: The rods that connect the vertical posts to form a horizontal framework. Each rod has wedge-shaped pins welded to both ends, which are simply inserted into the holes of the connecting plates during installation.

    Slanted bar: This is the key to the safety of the pole-and-plate scaffolding system. By connecting the specially designed wedge-shaped plug to the connecting plate, the entire structure is provided with a stable triangular support system that effectively resists lateral forces—such as wind pressure.

    Adjustable support/base: Used to adjust the height of the scaffold's top section and its bottom support.

    Hook-style steel pedal: Dedicated scaffolding boards with hooks at both ends can be directly hung onto horizontal rails—safe and convenient.

    Auxiliary components such as stairs and handrails.
