First, based on their popularity, aluminum alloy scaffolds can be divided into standard models and non-standard models (customized special models). Currently, our company produces two main specifications of standard aluminum alloy scaffolds: one is the double-wide tower scaffold, and the other is the single-wide tower scaffold. The differences are as follows:

The image above shows a 2-meter platform, double-width mobile scaffolding set, measuring 1.8 meters in length, 1.4 meters in width, and 3 meters in height (with the total height, including the 1-meter guardrail, reaching 3 meters). Key components include the frame, guardrail frame, platform boards and opening panels, brake wheels, horizontal and diagonal bracing, safety pins, and threshold plates. Together, these elements form a complete aluminum alloy mobile scaffolding system.

The basic frame of the double-wide bracket comes in two height options: 2 meters and 1.5 meters. By stacking them, you can achieve a variety of heights to meet the needs of different working loads.

As the name suggests, the single-width mobile scaffolding differs from the double-width folding scaffolding. We typically refer to it as the "narrow frame." It’s compact in size, making it easy to carry and transport. This type is often used in work environments with limited space or for situations requiring simple maintenance and installation tasks. The image below shows a standard 2-meter single-width platform frame, measuring 1.8 meters in length, 0.8 meters in width, and 3 meters in height (with a 2-meter platform and 1-meter guardrail). The key differences between the single-width frame and the double-width frame lie in just two aspects: first, the frame is only 0.8 meters wide; second, each level features a single step. All other components—such as guardrails and accessories—are identical to those of the double-width frame, ensuring compatibility across both models. Additionally, the base frame height for the single-width model comes in two standard sizes: 2 meters and 1.5 meters. By stacking these frames, users can easily create structures of varying heights to meet the specific demands of different job sites.

Whether it's a single-width frame or a double-width frame, both are versatile and widely used. After all, most construction sites operate in standard environments, where meeting safety and practicality requirements for construction work is entirely sufficient.

Ordinary scaffolding can be transformed into various heights and configurations by stacking and combining, meeting the needs of large-scale high-altitude work. Single-tower scaffolds typically reach up to around 12 meters, while modular scaffolding systems can be erected to heights exceeding 20 meters.

The previous section introduced the dimensions, specifications, and components of traditional aluminum scaffolding. Now, let’s take a look at some non-traditional support systems. As the saying goes, "Where there are countless industries, there’s always a market for whatever is needed." And as long as there’s demand, we’ll be ready to meet it. Currently, the most commonly used non-traditional aluminum support systems include the following types.

1. Bridge-type Aluminum Scaffolding Platform

This platform is designed as an operational solution for areas where establishing a traditional foundation or scaffolding is not feasible. It boasts advantages such as mobility, high load-bearing capacity, and flexible assembly options. To further enhance its load-carrying ability, it is often combined with conventional scaffolding systems and aluminum trusses. Primarily, it is used on construction sites in industries like factories, exhibitions, and shopping centers.

2. Outwardly Cantilevered Bracket

It is primarily used in situations requiring high working heights and extended work platforms. The platform features extremely stringent safety requirements. It also frequently appears in the aluminum alloy automotive trim product line.

3. Rail-Specific Construction Platform

It can be used for low-speed movements on the track to carry out maintenance and repair operations.

4. Aluminum Alloy Products

Lightweight and structurally flexible, it can be used for special platform setups or stage construction.
