Function

The pin is inserted through holes in both the coupler and the connecting plate, and its wedge-shaped design ensures that, under gravity or external force, it tightens progressively as it’s driven in, creating a secure and stable connection.
Transferring loads: Through this locking point, the loads from the horizontal and diagonal members are effectively transferred to the vertical post.
Ensuring safety: Preventing members from slipping out at the joints is crucial for maintaining the overall geometric stability and load-bearing capacity of the scaffolding.
